Setting up New Account Information (AI) Codes

Overview

Account Information, or AI codes, allow you to categorize your constituent records in ways that are meaningful to your organization. These codes allow you to filter records for general reference, reporting, and extracting data.

AI Setup takes place under Name/Address --> Setup --> AI Codes Maintenance. In order to access this screen, you must have the appropriate security. If you are unable to access this screen but believe you should be able to, please contact your organization's primary DDI contact, or call DDI Client Support.

To set up an AI code:

1. Numbered list item

Select this path from the DDI-Connect main menu:

Indented line Name/Address System --> Setup --> AI Codes Maintenance

Indented line This displays the AI Code Setup window. You will see the list of current AI codes and code groups
