Committee Setup
Overview of NA62
The Committee Setup screen allows you to configure the top level of committee codes. This is then used to configure Officer Mail Recipients. It is important to note that you must link a new committee code to at least one constituent PIN in order to create the committee code.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Name/Address System
- Double-click Setup
- Double-click Committee Codes Maintenance. You will see a screen similar to this one:
Adding a New Committee Code
To add a new committee code, you must first look up a constituent PIN. You can type the PIN number in the field, or click the search icon to locate the PIN. Once you have the constituent information on the screen:
You can click the Add button to add a new committee:
The following fields are available:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Committee code | Short, alphanumeric code for the committee |
Description | Enter a brief description of the committee |
Parent committee code | If you are creating a subcommittee, you can link it to a parent committee. Type the parent committee code or click the list icon to select from a list of committees already entered in the system |
When you have finished entering the information, click Save. This will add the committee to the constituent:
Editing an Existing Committee Code
To edit an existing committee code, double-click the committee code or click it once to highlight and then click the Edit button:
When you have finished making your modifications, click Save to retain the changes.
