Merge Constituent Addresses

Overview of NA100MRGADDR

There are certain situations that result in multiple address tabs for the same address on a constituent record. For example, if you merge duplicate records into one, you will end up with multiple address tabs:

To correct this, you will want to merge the duplicate into another tab. Click the tab that you wish to merge. Then, click Menu and select Merge Address:

The Merge Addresses popup will appear:

There are two sections on this screen - the Addresses NOT being merged, and those that are to be merged. To select the addresses you wish to merge, double-click them in the Addresses not being merged area. This will move them down to the Addresses to be merged section of the screen:


Merge Addresses 4.png Double-clicking this address will move it from the middle section of the screen down to the bottom of the screen

Once you have moved all of the addresses that you plan to merge, you will want to select the address that is to remain. To do so, click the radio button to the left of that address:

When you have selected the address that you wish to keep, click the OK button. The system will merge the addresses into the one you wish to keep, and the additional address tabs are removed from the record:
