Overview of NA100SPLIT
The Split Constituents process can ONLY be used on individual accounts with a shared first name. For example, you have a record that looks like this:
To split the constituents into two separate records, click Actions and select Split Constituent. You will see this screen appear:
The following fields are available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| New PIN for spouse | The system will automatically populate this field with the next available constituent PIN |
| Relationship | The relationship will default to SPOU:Spouse. To change it, click the drop down arrow to select from a list of active relationship codes in the system |
| Specify gender of each constituent | Select the appropriate gender for each of the constituents |
When you have finished, click OK. The system will split the constituents, and display them as such:
