| − | The DDI-Connect system allows you to group AI codes based on whatever characteristics you prefer. There are two types of AI code groups - radio button and checkbox. A radio button group only allows users to select ONE AI code from the group. Checkbox groups allow multiple selections from within the group. For example, if you have an AI code group called "Type of record", you might have AI codes for Individual, Church and Organization. You would only want one of those codes assigned to a particular record. You might also have another group called Events Participated, with multiple fundraising events listed below. Since a constituent could conceivably attend more than one event, you would want users to be able to select multiple codes from within that group.
