Overview of DDI04
The System Administration screen allows you to access the various screens related to system maintenance, such as user security, system security, your organization's system settings, web settings, and other functions. Some of the screens available from the System Administration screen should only be accessed by DDI staff, or as directed by DDI staff. The links below will take you to the associated instructions for that screen.

Organizations | Organization Maintenance allows you to configure settings such as GUI timeout, business date and process date. You can also unlock the update lock from this screen |
Units | If your organization utilizes regional security, Unit Maintenance is needed to fully take advantage of the security functionality. Allows you to configure units per region for security purposes |
Users | Allows you to add, edit and delete users of the DDI Connect system for your organization |
Messages | Used by DDI Staff to configure warning and error messages in the DDI Connect system |
Codes | Used by DDI Staff to control system default codes |
Databases | Used by DDI Staff to manage databases associated with your organization's DDI Connect system |
Jobs | Used to manage your periodic job processing queue |
Queue | Used by DDI Staff to monitor the various queues running for your organization |
Calendar | Allows you to manage your organization's job processing calendar |
Security | Allows you to configure module and field security for DDI Connect |
Reports | Allows you to configure report titles for your organization |
Printers | Used by DDI Staff to configure printers as they relate to Linux servers |
Report Forms | Used by DDI Staff to configure default report forms within DDI Connect |
Settings | Allows you to configure password requirements and other settings |
Web Settings | If your organization utilizes Online CEF, this screen allows you to set user ID and password requirements for users of your web page |
Web Users | Allows you to add, edit or remove web users |
Login Rules | Used by DDI DBAs to configure login rules for DDI Connect |
