Name Your organization name
Address Your organization's mailing address

At the beginning of job processing, the business date is usually changed to reflect the next business date. Changing this date outside of job processing can have serious ramifications on your data, so it is not recommended that you change this date unless otherwise instructed to do so by DDI staff
Process date The process date is the date that the system uses for processing purposes. During periodic job processing, this date is usually advanced to the next date once processing is complete. Changing this date outside of job processing can have serious ramifications on your data, so it is not recommended that you change this date unless otherwise instructed to do so by DDI staff
Startup menu If your organization has a custom startup menu, that information can be added here. A DDI Support member should provide this information
Databases This field displays the databases associated with your organization, if applicable. This information should NOT be modified by anyone other than a DDI staff member

When you have finished making any desired changes, click OK to save them.
