System Message Maintenance
Overview of DDI09
The System Message Maintenance screen is utilized by DDI Staff to control various warning and error messages within the system. As a supervisor/administrator within your organization, you have the ability to search and view messages, but cannot add or edit existing messages.
NOTE: If you have system administrator access, you can access the Message Maintenance screen by clicking Admin on the toolbar and selecting Messages
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Supervisor Menu
- Double-click System Administration. You will see this screen:
To access Message Maintenance, double-click the Messages icon. You will see this screen:
If you click the drop down arrow to the right of the Module field, you can select the module that you wish to review. This will display a list of the associated messages:
If you click on a message, the expanded detail will appear in the screen below:
