Overview

The Online-CEF application allows your clients to access certain account information via the Web. Borrowers and investors can review account statements, see current account information, and perform certain maintenance actions. If your organization does not currently utilize the online products but would like to, please contact DDI for assistance.

The Online-CEF product has two versions: Basic and Advanced. The version that your organization utilizes is based on what options you opted to provide your clients when you implemented the Online-CEF product.

• Basic: Allows for read-only access for your clients. They can view account information and view/download statements, but cannot perform financial transactions
• Advanced: Allows your clients to perform financial transactions such as purchase investments, set up recurring investments, and make loan payments (depending on the functionality your organization provides)
