When you click the User Agreement Activity History, you will see a screen similar to this one:
This screen displays all activity taken against the user agreement. You will see the web user ID, the full name of the user, the agreement type code, the action taken, and the date/time that the action was taken.
When you have finished viewing the information, click Exit to return to the previous screen.
