Overview

In order for your investors and borrowers to view their account information online, you will have to set them up with access. Below are the steps to do so.

Step 1: Create the NA Web Access Account

The first step is to set the individual up with a web account. For information on how to do this step, please reference this page: NA Web Access Maintenance

Step 2: Adding the User to the Account

The final step is to add the user to the account or accounts that they are to have access to. This is done via the church or organization's account screen.

'Bold text''Note: If this is an individual investor, this step may not be necessary. The system will automatically grant access to all accounts tied to the investors Tax ID (SSN). This step needs to be performed when you are granting access to an individual to a church or organization account. For example, adding a Church Treasurer PIN# to the Churches Investment and Loan Accounts.

  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
  • Double-click Account Entry
  • Search for the church or organization
  • Select the investment or loan account that the user should have access to
  • Click the Online Access tab. You will see a screen similar to this one:
