Overview of FR302PAYOUT
The Fund Payout screen is reached from the Named Fund Maintenance screen. When you click Action on the Maintenance screen and select Payout, you will see this screen:
The following fields are available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| PIN | Enter the PIN of the recipient of the payout. You can type in the PIN or click the search icon to locate the constituent PIN |
| Amount to pay | Enter the payout amount |
| Transaction memo | If you wish to add a memo to the transaction, type it here |
When you have entered the information, click Save.
If your organization requires approval of Credit memos prior to payments being processed, you must perform Credit Memo Approval.
To process the payment, you must run Process Credit Memo Payments.
