Job Processing Cannot Continue Due to Unprocessed Check

We are trying to run job processing, and are getting an error that there are unprocessed checks. How can we correct this issue?

What this error is referencing is that there are payment items that have not yet been processed in Receipt Processing (Stage 2). All payments receipted within Cash Receipting Stage 1 MUST be processed before job processing can be completed. For Connect-FR items, Stage 2 processing can be found here.
