Overview of HP006INQ
The Transaction Inquiry screen allows you to view all transactions that have taken place for a Health Policy. When you click View --> Transactions, you will see a screen similar to this one:
This screen allows you to filter the transactions based on date. To filter by date, enter a date range in the from/thru fields and click Search.
If you click a transaction in the inquiry results screen, the system will display the transaction details in the lower portion of the screen:

Changes
Clicking the Changes button while a transaction is selected will launch you into the Edit History for that transaction. Click Exit to return to the Transaction Inquiry screen.
GL Trans
Clicking the GL Trans button will launch the General Ledger Transaction Inquiry screen for this transaction.
Receipt
If the transaction was generated from a cash receipt, you will also have the option of clicking the Receipt button on the toolbar. This will launch the cash processing transaction viewer screen. When you have finished viewing the screen, click the X in the upper right corner to return to the Transaction Inquiry screen.
Actions
Reverse Application of Cash Receipt
If you select "Reverse Application of Cash Receipt", the receipt reversal process will launch.
Exclude Tran from 1099 Reporting/Include in 1099 Reporting
This process is only available if your organization utilizes Savings Accounts . Only enabled if user passes admin security for the account type (e.g., PFSVADM for savings accounts), transaction is an outgoing payment and the account requires 1099 reporting. If the transaction is not currently excluded, the label on this menu item will read “Exclude from 1099 reporting.” If the transaction has been excluded, it will read “Include in 1099 reporting.”
