Yearbook Information Screen

Overview of NA10YB

When you click the View button and select Yearbook from a constituent record, you will see something like this:

In addition to the fields on the top portion of the screen, there are multiple tabs of information available. The majority of this information is automatically updated to the system when the church logs in to the Yearbook site and updates their information. Once a yearbook staff member approves the form, it is transmitted to the DDI Connect system.

At the top of the screen, you will see the following fields:

Field	Description
Yearbook code	This is the status code assigned to this church for the purposes of the yearbook. Enter the appropriate code or click the list icon to select from a list of active church status codes in the system
County code	This represents the Yearbook County code. It is usually the last two digits of the FIPS code from County Maintenance
Last year reported	The last year that the church reported their yearbook statistics
Geographic region	The geographic region that the church belongs to. You can type the region code or click the list icon to select from a list of active region codes in the system
State/Province code	The State/Province code for the church. You can type the code or click the list icon to select from a list of active yearbook state codes in the system
Year organized	The year that the church was organized
Co-op region	The yearbook region (this could occasionally differ from the geographic region). Type the yearbook region code or click the list icon to select from a list of active yearbook region codes in the system
District	If used, the yearbook district code
Year merged	If this church was merged with another church, the year that the merger took place
Multi-denomination	If the church is multi-denominational, select this box
Setup date	The date that the church was set up within the yearbook. Type the date in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date
Delete date	if the church has been deleted from the yearbook, the date it was deleted. Type the date in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date

Membership Stats tab

The Membership Stats tab looks like this:

For each row, there are four columns...year 1, year 2, difference and % difference. To change the year, click the up or down arrows to the right of the year field. As you change the year, the fields will update with the information reported for that year. The difference column calculates the difference between the two displayed years, and the % difference displays the difference in percentage format.

The following fields are available on this screen:

Field	Description
Total church membership	Total number of registered church members
Participating members	Total number of active church members
Non participating members	Total number of inactive church members
Percent non participating	Percentage of total church membership that are inactive
Additions total	Total new members added in this year
By baptism	Number of new members added by baptism into the church
By transfer	Number of new members added by transfer to the church
Average worship attendance	Average number of members present at worship services
Average school attendance	Average school attendance
Participating CWF members	Active members of Christian Women's Fellowship

Giving Stats tab

When you click the Giving Stats tab, you will see this screen:

Local operating receipts	Total local operating receipts for the selected year
Local capital receipts	Total local capital receipts for the selected year
Total outreach paid out	Total outreach giving for the year
Per capita total giving	Total giving per capita

DMF Stats tab

When you click the DMF Stats tab, you will see this screen:
