Overview of DDI84
The Review Job Processing screen allows you to see the last run date for jobs that are included in Job Processing. You can search for a specific program or list all jobs associated with a particular date code.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Supervisor Menu
- Double-click Review Job Processing. You will see this screen:
The following fields are available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Program | To search for a specific program name, type it here. For example, if you wish to search for the GL Transaction Posting Report, you would type fw20 |
| Org | If you have access to multiple organizations, you can filter the search results by Org. Click the drop down arrow to select the Org you wish to search |
| Date Codes | To search for specific calendar date codes, type the code here. For example, to search for all jobs that run daily, type WD (week day) |
When you have entered your search parameters, click Search. The results will display as such:
The results display the program name, report number, description, org, date codes and the last run date.
