Overview of IL186
The Recalculate Investment Sales process allows you to calculate SEC affected investment sales for a state and Registration.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Investments
- Double-click Setup
- Double-click Recalculate State Sales Figures. You will see this screen:
There are two fields available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| State | Type the state abbreviation or click the list icon to select from a list of active states within the system |
| Registration | Type the registration code or click the list icon to select from a list of active state registrations within the system |
When you are ready, click Calculate on the toolbar. The process will run through and recalculate the sales figures for the selected registration. When it is complete, you will see this message:
Click OK. You will be returned to the Recalculate Investment Sales screen.
