Overview of NA312SET
The Project Management Setup screen allows you to configure certain aspects of the project management module.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Project Management
- Double-click Project Management Setup
- Double-click Project Management Setup. You will see this screen:
To modify any of the setup options, click the Edit button. The fields will now activate:
The following options are available on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Require all project fields to be populated | If this box is selected, all fields on the Project Management Maintenance screen will be required. If it is not selected, only those attributes that have been marked as required will be needed to save a project |
Enable project code functionality | If this box is selected, the system will include project code functionality in Project Management. This allows your organization to link a project to a specific code, for gift and FundWriter entry and reporting |
Link Project Management to Connect FR | If this box is selected, Project Management is linked to Connect FR, and the next field is enabled. If it is not selected, the "Link gift" fields are not enabled |
Link gift designation fields to Project Management | If you elect to link Project Management to Connect FR, you have an additional option to link the designation 1/designation 2 fields to project management. Click the drop down arrows to select the project management field you wish to link to the designations |
Once you have made your selections, click Save to retain your changes.
