No Query Criteria Passed to NamesQuery When Trying To Link Addresses

We are trying to link addresses in Name/Address. When we select the address to link, we get an error "No query criteria passed to NamesQuery"

The most common cause for this error is that you are trying to link a constituent who has an account to a constituent who does NOT have an account. When linking constituents with accounts, the system will also update the account address. If no account address is linked to the destination, the error will occur. What you can do is make sure you are clicking the second constituent (the one without the account) and then doing the address link from there, so that you are linking TO the constituent with the account.
