Modify Loan Payments Due Screen

We have corrected a loan's prepaid/pastdue, but we still see the financial adjustment as being "Outstanding" on the Payments Due screen. How do we edit the Payments due screen?

You cannot manually modify the Payments Due/Payments Received screens for a loan. These screens are automatically updated by three transactions: Financial Adjustment, IL665 Loan Payment Due Processing is run in Update mode, or a Loan Payment is processed for the loan. DDI does not allow manual modifications to the payment history screen for security and audit purposes.
