ME Jobs Did Not Run

We are trying to run ME. When job processing completed, we noticed that our jobs did not all run, even though they are configured in Job Processing with the date code of ME, and we see the ME code on the calendar. Why didn't they run?

There are a couple of things to check:


  • Is there a space on the calendar entry? On days where there are multiple entries (such as WD,SANN,ME,YE), there can NOT be a space between codes. If there is a space, make sure you remove it
  • Was there an error in processing, where you had to exit and go back in to job processing? If so, did you make sure to change the "no" to a "yes" in the Run? column?


If you have checked the calendar and the Run? column, and still cannot determine why job processing did not run for the affected jobs, contact DDI Client Support for additional assistance.
