Invalid Raw GL Account

We are trying to process a transaction. When we attempt to save, we keep getting an error "il99post:TID ### Acct ###***Invalid raw GL Account". What does that mean?

In most cases, this means that the GL account(s) involved with the transaction are not active in the Chart of Accounts. This may be due to the fact that your fiscal year has changed, but the Chart of Accounts was not copied forward to the new year.


Check your Chart of Accounts for the current fiscal year, and verify that the account(s) have been copied forward. If they have and you continue to receive this error, contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
