Gift Search

Overview of FR012INQ

When you click the Search icon, the Gift/Misc Revenue Search screen will launch:

You have multiple options by which to search. They include:

Field	Description
Master ID	To search gifts by master ID, enter the ID number here or click the Search icon to launch Name/Address Inquiry
PIN	To search gifts by PIN, enter the ID number here or click the Search icon to launch Name/Address Inquiry
Promo type	To search gifts associated to a particular promo type, type the code in this field or click the list icon to select from a list of active promo type codes in the system
Gift date/thru	Enter the beginning and/or date of the range you wish to report on. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date
Promo src	To search gifts associated to a particular promo source, type the code in this field or click the list icon to select from a list of active promo source codes in the system
Amount/thru	To search by gift amount, enter the beginning and/or ending amount of the range you wish to search
Desig 1	To search gifts associated to a particular designation 1, type the code in this field or click the list icon to select from a list of active Desig 1 codes in the system
Desig descr	If you wish to search by designation description, enter the text in this field
Desig 2	To search gifts associated to a particular designation 2, type the code in this field or click the list icon to select from a list of active Desig 2 codes in the system
Gift memo	To search by gift memo, enter all or some of the memo text here
Fund #	To search by fund number, enter the fund number or click the list icon to select from a list of active named funds in the system
G/L account	Enter the GL account you wish to search for, or click the list icon to select from a list of active GL accounts in the system
Appeal	Enter the appeal ID or click the list icon to select from a list of active appeals in the system
Gift state	To search by Gift state, type the state code or codes, separated by commas, or click the list icon to select from a list of state codes in the system
Check #	To search by check number, enter the check number here

When you have entered your search parameters, click Search. The results will appear as such:

To view a gift's detail, you can click it once to highlight and then click Select, or double-click the line. This will launch the Gift Entry screen in View mode for this gift.
