Cannot Find Unprinted Checks

We generated some checks, and the system said the transactions were successful. However, when we go to View/Print Checks, we can't find them. Where did they go?
The DDI-Connect system allows you to quickly locate unprinted check batches.
- From the DDI-Connect main menu, double-click CheckWriter
- Double-click View/Print Checks
- When the View/Print Checks screen appears, look for the Unprinted Batches button:
- Click the Unprinted Batches button. You will see a popup similar to this one:
- To view the unprinted checks, double-click the line in this screen. This will take you to the checking account where the unprinted checks are listed:
