Cannot Find Merge Template File

I am getting an error when I try to merge documents. It reads "Cannot find merge template file O:\Prod\Forms\....."

This error message means that one of the forms that you are trying to merge cannot be located in the production merge folder. Contact DDI Client Support and provide us with the merge form name that is referenced in the error message, and we can assist with resolving the issue.
