Overview of NA10YB
When you click the View button and select Yearbook from a constituent record, you will see something like this:
In addition to the fields on the top portion of the screen, there are multiple tabs of information available.
At the top of the screen, you will see the following fields:

| Yearbook code | This is the status code assigned to this church for the purposes of the yearbook. Enter the appropriate code or click the list icon to select from a list of active church status codes in the system |
| County code | This represents the Yearbook County code. It is usually the last two digits of the FIPS code from County Maintenance |
