Overview of DDI57

Changing the Process Date is typically the last job that is run during Periodic Job Processing. However, if your organization does not utilize the job processing sequence, you may have to manually change the processing date in your system. To change the process date:

  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Processing Monitoring
  • Double-click Change Process Date. You will see this screen:

The system will default the New Process date field to match the current business date where possible. You can override this date with the new process date by typing it in mm/dd/yyyy format.

In the Allow update transactions? field, change the No to a Yes. If you do not change this field prior to applying the date change, users logging in to the system will receive an error message.

Review the screen. If it appears correct, click Apply. You will see this message:

Click OK. The process date will now be changed.
