What Are the Different Options for Constitent Residency?

Can you please explain what the different options under "Residency" on the Constituent record do?

The Residency area of the Constituent Record (in the Address Options area of the screen) controls how the system handles mailings to this constituent. There are three options:

• Primary residents receive all mailings by default, unless "Combine residents" is selected when generating the data file/label file
• Non-primary residents do NOT receive mailings
• Separate mailing indicates that this resident should always receive a separate mailing, even when the "combine residents" option is selected on extracts
