Using DDI-Connect on an iPad

Can I use DDI-Connect on an iPad?

Yes you can. In order to do so, you must first download the Citrix Receiver from the AppStore. It is a free application.

Once you have downloaded and installed the Citrix Receiver from the AppStore, you can launch Citrix to begin the setup.

The system will ask you for the server address. That address should be typed exactly like this: https://connect.ddi.org

Once you have entered the server address, the system will prompt you for your credentials. Enter your Citrix user name and password, and the domain, which is DDI

Once you have entered the information, you will be able to launch the Citrix client. If you need to adjust the display settings, click the gear icon in the upper right corner. This will launch the settings dialogue box.

Under "Application Settings", click Display Options and select either Autofit or Fit Landscape (whichever option is not currently selected). Then, click the DDI Connect icon.

The system will prompt you for your user name and password. Once you enter the information, DDI Connect will load. You may have to pull down the top menu and select Home. Select the gear icon again and click Display Options. Change the option to Fit Landscape or Autofit, whichever is not selected. This process will cause the Citrix client to display the DDI Connect window properly.
