How do I undelete a name record?

Within DDI-Connect, there are two types of deletion - there is the logical delete, which is recoverable, and the physical delete, which is not.


To undelete a logically deleted record:


  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Name/Address System
  • Double-click Name/Address Inquiry. For information on how to use the Name/Address Inquiry, please reference this page: Name/Address Inquiry
  • Look up the deleted account
  • Double-click the record to enter the Name/Address Constituent screen
  • Click the Delete button on the toolbar. You will see this screen:

  • Select Undelete and click OK
  • The system will mark the record as Active
