Transaction Date May Not Be Prior

I am trying to do an investment transfer and payout. When I enter the effective date, I get an error "Transaction date may not be prior to last interest date of MM/DD/YYYY on investment ####"

The error you are seeing most likely looks like this:

What this means is that you are not able to use the effective date that you are trying to use for the transfer/payout, because the investment has an interest posted date that is beyond the date you are trying to use. You must use an effective date that is after the most recent interest posting date.
