State Sales Report Shows 0 Sales

I am running IL339 and it is showing zero sales in a state that I know I have sales in. Why aren't they showing up?

The most common cause for this issue is that the investment types are not set up to be SEC limited in Type and Rate Maintenance. Leaving that box unchecked tells the system not to report them on the state sales reports. To check this:


  • Go to Financial Services
  • Go to Investments
  • Go to Setup
  • Double-click Type and Rate Maintenance:

Locate the investment types that are not appearing on the report, and check that the SEC Limited is set to "Yes". If it is not, click Edit and modify that setting.


The investments will now appear on the state sales reports.
