Skipping Batch Unable to Find Form Code

When I try to enter the Merge area, I keep getting a message stating "Skipping batch XXXX. Unable to find form code". What does that mean, and how can I make the error go away?

What that message means is that a merge batch was created for a form that is not configured in your system. The first step is to determine what the merge batch is looking for. You'll need to contact DDI Client Support for assistance with that. Once it is determined what form is missing, it can be set up for your organization and the error will be resolved.
