Restore a Deleted Memo

We were attempting to delete an attachment from a memo and inadvertently deleted the entire memo. How do we get it back?

There is not a way to undelete memos. What you can do to recover the information is:

• From the Memo tab, click the Deleted View button on the toolbar:

• Any deleted memos for the record will be displayed. Click the memo you are wanting to recover. Note that you can still view the attachments:

• To recover the memo and attachments, view each attachment and save it to an accessible location. Once you have done so, you can add the memo and re-attach the documents.
