Renewing an Investment

The process for renewing an investment within DDI Connect will depend entirely on your organization's processes. There are three possible methods:

• Performing an Investment Transfer/Payout - This will create a new investment number
• Automatically extending the investment at maturity by running IL219 Investment Maturity Extension - This is set up via Investment Category Maintenance and Investment Type/Rate Maintenance. This will retain the investment number and reset the maturity information, interest rate and investment type (based on the settings)
• Manually change the investment information by modifying the interest rate and current maturity date. This is done via the Investment Maintenance screen
