Receipt is Missing from AR31

When Running the AR31 Receipt Listing Report, I am Missing Receipts

The Accounts Receivable AR31 report has a built in rule that automatically excludes any receipt record with an amount equal to zero. So, if the receipt is for $0.00, it will not appear on the report.
