Project Accounting Gift Entry

Entering gifts for project accounting is similar to the process for regular Gift Entry, with an additional step. When you click the Line items tab of the gift entry, you will see the category field in the lower portion of the screen:

If you click the drop down and select projects, additional fields will appear based on the configuration of your Project Accounting setup:

If the correct code is entered in the Project field, depending on the linkage established in your setup, the information will automatically populate the screen:

Once the information has been entered and saved, and the transactions posted to the General Ledger, the gift transactions will appear on the Transactions tab of your Project.
