Process Web Forms "No Records Found"

We are trying to Process Web Forms for approved investments only. We have verified our dates, but we keep getting No Records Found. Why are we not able to process?

There are a couple of reasons that this could be happening. Check the following:


  • Check the dates on the forms within the Web Form Review/Approval. Since the Online-CEF product uses the current calendar date (NOT the DDI-Connect business date), you will want to be sure you are using the appropriate dates
  • If the dates are correct, double-check the Web Form Maintenance screen. The DDI-Connect system requires that all active forms be linked appropriately to a product. If a form is not linked to a product, it will not process properly:

If a form is not linked to a product, click Edit and select the product, then save your changes. Your web forms should now process properly. If they do not, contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
