Prior Period Transactions Did Not Post

We have been making adjusting entries for the previous year, but when we try to Post Transactions, the prior period transactions will not post. Why?

The Post Transactions process will not process across fiscal or calendar years. This ensures that transactions with incorrect dates are not inadvertently posted to the general ledger.

To post prior period transactions, you will want to enter the last day of the year in the "Post items with transaction dates thru" field:

NOTE: This process will only work if the prior period is open for posting, and depending on your configuration in FundWriter Setup. If you are still unable to post prior period, please contact DDI Client Support for assistance.
