No Response from Investor on Maturing Investment

We have an investment that has matured. We did not receive a response from the investor on what option they selected for maturity. How does the system handle situations like this?

How the system handles this situation depends on how your organization has configured the Investment system. The configuration is controlled by the "Redemption Method" field. There are two additional fields that control actions taken at maturity...the "Uses Renewal Logic" and "Accrue After Maturity" fields.
