Merge Record Inquiry
Overview of WP05
The Merge Record Inquiry screen allows you to search for and view merge records by Name PIN, form code or a date range.
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Merge Forms System
- Double-click Merge Record Inquiry. You will see this screen:
The following search fields are available on this screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name PIN | To search all merge forms for a particular Name PIN, you can type the PIN or click the icon to search for the individual you wish to search for |
Form code | To search for all merge documents using a particular merge form, type the form code here or click the list icon to select from a list of active forms in the system |
Start date | Enter the beginning date of the range you wish to report on. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date |
End date | Enter the ending date of the range you wish to report on. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date |
When you have entered your search parameters, click Search. The search results will appear below:
If you wish, you can re-merge a document by clicking once to highlight and then clicking the Merge button on the toolbar.
To view the detail of a record, double-click it. This will launch the Single Record Detail screen:
What you see on this screen will depend on which form you elected to view. You have the option of modifying certain fields on this screen...any field NOT marked with a * can be modified. You can then save and exit, and re-merge if you wish to do so.
When you have finished viewing the information, click Exit.
