Loan Support Processing is Using Commitment Amount Instead of Principal Balance

We are running IL501 Loan Support Processing. For one of our closed loans, the report seems to be using the commitment amount rather than the current principal balance

The first thing to check is the loan status. In order for the processing to use the principal balance, the loan must be in a closed status (either 02 or 12). If the loan still shows "in process", the system will continue to use the commitment amount, rather than the current principal balance.


If the loan status is incorrect, you can modify it using the Loan Change Status transaction screen.
