Overview of IL688
The Loan Summary by State reports the number of active loans and total loan balance by state. The report output displays the state, count per state, count percentage, balance and balance percentage, with a total at the end of the report. To run this report:
- From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
- Double-click Loans
- Double-click Reports
- Double-click 688 Loan Summary by State. The parameters screen will launch:
The following fields are available on this screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Base date | Enter the date you wish to use. You can type it in mm/dd/yyyy format or click the calendar icon to select the date |
| Loan types | If you wish to report on one or more loan types, you can do so here. Type the code or codes, separated by commas, or click the list icon to select from a list of active loan types in the system. Leave the field blank to report on all loan types |
Click Start. The system will generate the report based on the parameters you selected, and display the results. Click below to view a sample of this report.
