Investment Maturity Notices Did Not Generate

We generated maturity notices, but several of the letters did not appear in the merge batch. Why?
The first place to check is the Maturity Notification code on the State Sales Maintenance screen. Locate the registration for the state that the investors are located, and look at the Maturity Notification code field:
If this code is set to 0, maturity notices will not be generated for investments in this state. To correct the issue:
- Click Edit
- Click the list icon to the right of the Maturity notification field and select the correct code:
The notices should now appear. If they do not, contact DDI Client Support for additional assistance.
