Overview of IL208

Although investment changes such as a new maturity date or interest rate don’t generate transaction records, it’s still necessary to maintain a history for future reference. This is the purpose of investment change history, which retains information on the type of change, when it occurred, who made the change, and the old and new values. Only changes to the following fields are displayed:

  • Interest rate
  • Regular payment amount
  • Reserve payment amount
  • Special payment amount
  • Maturity date

To view an investment's change history:

  • From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click Financial Services
  • Double-click Financial Inquiry
  • In the Investment field, type in the investment number you wish to look at
  • When the Investment Inquiry screen appears, click View and select Change History:

Column Description
Code The change transaction code
Description Description of the change made
Date Date the change was made
Old Value The value prior to the change
New Value The value after the change
User The user who performed the change

You can click any of the column headers to sort in either ascending or descending order on that column. For example, if you wish to sort the changes by date, click the Date header. Click it again to change the sort from ascending to descending, or vice versa.

When you have finished, click Exit to return to the Investment Inquiry screen.
