Invalid Source Code Error When Viewing GL

While trying to double-click some transactions within the GL, I am getting an error "Invalid Source Code". How do we fix?

This error indicates that a source code is missing from the Source Codes code set within FundWriter Codes Maintenance. Contact DDI Client Support for assistance in adding the code to the code set.
