Import Function Missing from Journal Entry Screen

I am trying to work with an existing journal batch. My import button is no longer on the toolbar...why?

If your organization utilizes journal approvals and the batch has already been approved, the system will not allow you to import additional journals. In order to import, you would have to unapprove the batch first. You can then import the journals, and re-approve the batch.
