How to Remove Ignored Interest from an Investment

When one of our investors redeems an investment early, the interest is not paid out. When we do the payout, we select "ignore". However, the investment won't fully redeem because the interest is still there. How can we remove it?

You would want to do a financial adjustment on the investment and remove the accrued interest. When the total on the investment is 0, the investment will update to show "Redeemed"
