Formal salutation formats

Overview of Code Set 0051

NOTE: This code set should only be modified by or as directed by DDI staff.

• From the main menu of DDI-Connect, double-click Name/Address

• Double-click Setup

• Double-click Codes Maintenance. You will see this screen:

Scroll down until you find the code set you are wanting to modify, and double-click that code set.

In this case, you are looking for code set 0051 - Formal Salutation formats. Double-click the code set. You will see this screen:

To add a new code set, click the New button on the toolbar. You will see this screen:

DDI Support should assist with configuring codes within this set, as you must establish the format of the salutation using specific codes.
