Overview of FW07

The Zip Code Maintenance screen allows you to establish links between GL segments and ZIP codes. This functionality will only work if one of your organization's GL segments has been designated as ZIP:

If it has, you can set up Zip cross references to indicate that particular GL segments are associated with specific ZIP codes or ZIP ranges. To set this up:

• From the DDI Connect main menu, double-click FundWriter
• Double-click FundWriter Setup
• Double-click Zip Code Maintenance. You will see a screen similar to this one:

To add a new Zip cross reference, click the Add button. The fields to the right of the screen will activate for editing:

The following fields are available:

Field	Description
From ZIP	Enter the beginning ZIP code of the range you wish to configure
To	Enter the ending ZIP code of the range you wish to configure
Segments	You can enter the segment number or click the list icon to select from a list of segments from the ZIP designated segment

When you have finished entering the information, click Save to retain your changes.
